As a starter try the fresh goat cheese flavoured with herbs, spinach and ham, the oven baked Sea-Bass with fresh tomatoes, garlic and herbs is excellent if you prefer fish.The typical Italian risotto with saffron and wild mushrooms are just one of the delicious Italian dishes served. Pan roasted rack of lamb with a sauce of shallots and balsamic vinegar is amongst the meat dishes which also include: veal, fillet steaks, beef and chicken.
