The pasta is homemade and fresh ingredients are used to produce a varied and interesting menu; Specialities include: Bruleé di foie gras, Foie gras Bruleé with cooked pear filled with a tropical fruit salsa, Buckwheat Blinis with Salmon and Crab, sour cream and cavier. Main dishes include mouth-watering open Lasagne with shellfish, or Pasta with a rich Crab sauce. For meat or fish; the sliced duck breast, Italian rice balls, red peppercorn and passion fruit sauce, not to forget Lobster that is on request. The desserts are sinfully tempting!
