This picturesque tapas restaurant in Almansil is well worth a visit. After a day on the golf course or beach, the restaurant is close enough for an enjoyable evening out having tapas.
As you enter La Paella one is immediately faced with a colourful array of fresh tapas on display; very inviting indeed. The ambience is cosy, intimate and relaxed and for those rainy evenings there is a lovely big open fireplace. The open plan kitchen adjoining the restaurant makes for a homely atmosphere as you can see Chilli preparing her special dishes.
The hand cut "Jabugo" ham from Spain is a must and then the house specialities: the different types of paellas are highly recommended. From the "Black Paella" (squid and rice) to the well known seafood paella.
La Paella stocks very well known Spanish wines such as: Vega Sicilia, Alion, Protos, Mas La Plana and more prestigious wines.
