The food tastes just as good as it looks- and the presentation is marvellous - prepared with such care and an eye for detail. Try the Salad of Quails or Scallops and Langoustine starters, follow with Crispy Breast of Guinea Fowl Stuffed with wild Mushrooms and Pata Negra Ham.
