Chef/Owner Siegfried Danler-Heinemann refines fresh seasonal products of the region to simple but exquisite menus and knows how to compose these flavours into a complex experience of taste. Siegfried Danler-Heinemann, one of the most renowned young Austrian Chefs, left his mark for 4 years at the graded restaurant Le Canard in Hamburg. His cuisine philosophy is unique to Portugal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in soft colours, elegant yet relaxed. The service is professional and friendly.
